Wake Up George!

Dalton Drama Dawgs will present the play George Washington Slept Here by George S. Kauffman and Moss Hart on Friday, November 22 and Saturday, November 23.  Over 50 Dalton High School students are involved in the creation of this production. The story revolves around Newton Fuller ,played by senior Ben Torgler, who buys a house in the country where he thinks George Washington slept. Turns out the ragged house on waterless property is just another scam that Newton fell for and his wife, Annabelleplayed by senior Ciara Knopp will not let him forget it. Fifteen other characters help to make Annabelle fall in love with the house just when the mean next door neighbor, Mr. Prescott played by senior Lucas Roshong wants to have the bank foreclose on the property.  What will happen next? The production is directed by Robin Evans-DelCiappo along with stage manager senior, Cody Kelly and assistant stage manager sophomore, Micheala White. Please come and support your Dalton Drama Dawgs this weekend. Shows begin at 7pm both evenings. Tickets are $6.00 and are available for reservation by calling 330-828-2261. Tickets will also be available at the door.
